2015 Subaru Impreza Gets Revised Styling, More Tech

Article file under http://www.motorauthority.com/news/1055018_2015-subaru-impreza-gets-revised-styling-more-tech

The latest Subaru Impreza range was all-new for 2012, so for the 2015 model year the all-wheel-drive compact has been given a mid-cycle update. Only the Subaru die-hards are likely to recognize the changes made to the exterior of the vehicles. They consist of revisions made to the headlights, grille and front bumper, as well as new side mirror caps. Unfortunately, they don’t do much to improve the look of the rather mundane sedan and hatch, especially when lined up against the latest Ford Focus, Mazda 3 and Volkswagen Golf.

The story gets worse if you're looking for driver excitement. The sole engine for the entire range continues to be a 2.0-liter four-cylinder boxer, rated at just 148 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with a five-speed manual as standard with the more upmarket Premium and Limited trims getting a CVT as standard. As is the case with all Subarus except the BRZ, all-wheel drive is standard across the range. If you have your heart set on the Impreza's shape, we strongly suggest going straight for the WRX or WRX STI models.

As far as supercars go this might be the one to beat.
Labelled as quite possibly the most expensive car in the world, the gold Lamborghini Aventador has been spotted cruising the streets of Paris.
As fashion week starts today, the car - which is valued at around £4 million and appears to be from Saudi Arabia - was parked outside the Plaza Athenee palace hotel on the luxury Avenue Montaigne.

Sporting a distinctive 666 number plate, the gold-plated supercar appears to be the same one which has been turning heads in the French capital over the past few days.
Car enthusiasts have filmed the gold plated vehicle, which features a 6.5-litre V12 engine delivering 692 hp, driving through some of Paris's most exclusive streets.

2015 Vencer Sarthe production version goes official with 622 HP

Article file under http://www.worldcarfans.com/114091981454/2015-vencer-sarthe-production-version-goes-official-with

Dutch automaker Vencer has revealed the 2015 Sarthe production version which starts at €270,882 (without VAT).

It was 2012 when Vencer released images and preliminary details of the Sarthe and a year later they showed a pre-production version at Top Marques Monaco. Now, the virtually unknown Dutch specialty marque founded in 2010 says the car is finally ready to enter production phase as a 2015 model year with more than 100 changes compared to the previous version.
Sourcing its name from "Circuit de la Sarthe", the 2015 Vencer Sarthe comes with an updated exterior design featuring a redesigned quarter glass, new engine cover, restyled C-pillars with an "open air-flow" design along with an automatic rear spoiler and aerodynamic front splitters. Step inside the minimalist cabin where there are wide door sills, carbon fiber panels, a combination of leather and Alcantara as well as a multi-tasking digital display providing all relevant info.
At its heart is an eight-cylinder 6.3-liter supercharged engine developing 622 HP (457 kW) at 6,500 rpm and 838 Nm (618 lb-ft) of torque at 4,000 rpm. For comparison purposes, we remind you the pre-production version which lacked the supercharger offered 510 HP (375 kW) and 650 Nm (480 lb-ft).

2015 Audi TT 2.0 TDI Ultra

Article file under http://www.topspeed.com/

What happens when you combine rally heritage, diesel racing technology and a small sports car ? If you ask Audi, it will tell you that sounds the perfect recipe for the new 2015 Audi TT 2.0 TDI Ultra.

Yes, I know it’s an obnoxiously long name, but there is a lot of important information in there. First off, the 2015 Audi TT portion lets us know that this is based on the latest and greatest version of Audi’s venerable coupe , the TT. The 2.0 TDI tells us it uses the latestVolkswagen family, common-rail, turbo-diesel engine.

The Ultra is the most important part though. Audi has reserved that term for new versions of its cars that are ultra-efficient while still retaining the fun and excitement that the brand is known for.
